My cousin made these for a Christmas gathering and they were YUMMY!!! She gave me this recipe from her friend and I promised to give her the props so… Suzi Stokell …thank you very much!! : )

Everything Cookies

1 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
2 t. baking soda
1 c. butter (softened)
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1 c. smooth peanut butter
2 c. quick oats
1 bag chocolate chips
1 bag peanut butter chips
1 bag Heath bit o’ brickle

Beat butter, brown sugar and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in peanut butter and mix well.

Add dry ingredients and oats and stir. Mixture will be very stiff. Add chips. Drop by globs. Yes, that’s a technical term! ; )

Bake at 350 for 10 min.

Let cool on cookie sheet 1 to 2 min. before putting on rack.
