Cheesy Hashbrown Potatoes


This dish can be put in the crock pot or baked in the oven. You can make it a main dish and add chopped cooked ham or chicken.

Cheesy Hashbrown Potatoes

Mix together the following:
26 oz. frozen hashbrowns (thawed)
2 cups colby jack cheese
1 T onion powder

Mix together in a separate bowl:
2 T butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup milk or Half & Half
1/2 cup beef broth

Add the liquid bowl mixture to the potato mixture. Place in a greased 13×9 baking dish and bake 425 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
